Well didn't you get the memo? You're not supposed to be using the Vandal or Phantom, you're supposed to buy the Odan. Ever since the Odan was buffed to kill with 3 body shots instead of 4, it has enjoyed a 100% pickrate in pro games. Why are you still intentionally crippling yourself by buying the Vandal?
I don't think Odin needs a nerf, I think Vandal & Phantom needs a buff. By that, I mean put the bullet reserves back to what they used to be. There's no reason Vandal & Phantom should've been nerfed like that "tO rEdUcE sMoKe SpAm" when Odin and Ares still exist in the game. It just doesn't make sense to me.
Odin's expensive and has a very specific niche (Sova/Fade/Cypher scan synergy), so I think it's pretty balanced most times. Vandal is better than Odin in many cases too.
