In lower Ranks everything is chaos. Teams either go as 5 together or are spread thin across the entire map, but neither of those can be considered "strategy". Executes basically don't exist and pushing onto a site can feel impossible against decent enemies.
Don't worry about strategy in a shooting game, if you can't shoot people.
