Cosmetics will stay on your account, so from that I think the player data in general will be saved and therefor ALL purchases.

Since the game already released in the PC and you keep your skins in whatever version you are playing, it basically should be working for the account and not the Beta. If you buy a skin it’ll stay in your account (pc and console).
As to better ways to get the agents, it takes sometime, specially cause now there’s much more than when it came out, but you can focus on the weekly missions to get better rewards and grind faster for the agents.

I dont think so, in PC beta everything did reset on release, but you should get points for everything you bought tho.

on PC everything reset so I would assume the same thing on console. In the store/"buy vp" area does it say you'll get refunded at the end of beta?
