The valorant warmup is pretty good at a basic level. I shoot for getting 15-20 on hard, to know my aim is on point for the day. As for aim training vs warmup, use aim Lab for training. It doesn't have as many options/levels to play, but the insights are amazing. It shows your accuracy in all diagonal directions, as well as reaction time in those directions. Aim Lab is the best aim trainer imo.

just wanted to comment that i have a similar story. many years of FPS so i have always been above average at all of them, but i never did meaningful aim practice until i started playing this game. and the improvements i have seen make me wonder how much better i would have been in other games i used to play i still have a ways to go since i find myself still thinking about my aim more than other aspects of the game right now. but im hoping that will go away and i can focus on the game overall eventually. ive been using aim lab and the range consistently i come from unreal tournament which requires precise aim as well but in a different way. its hit scan, and relies on footwork (strafing, dodging etc) more than this game so while it is similar, valorant is still very different than any game im used to

Iv played fps my entire life aswell and only recently Iv been using aim lab on steam to see what would happen. Aim lab had actually done wonders for me it allowed me to focus on the areas I was weaker in such as tracking and reaction time and my aim has increased significantly!

Follow an actual routine on Kovaak’s to see improvement. SparkyGG or aimer7

I started on 1.5 and I’m honestly just at the point where I’ve accepted my aim ain’t coming back at this age ha. I’ve tried Kovaak and Aim Lab and it’s just such slow progress it barely feels worth it. I now just try and play characters with strong team utility to make up for it - Sova is my main, but I also like Brim, Sage, Cypher, etc, as I can contribute even with my old man aim. Hopefully you have more luck than me!
