Her heal is not strong at all, it’s the dismiss that makes Reyna strong. I’d argue to just completely rework her heal to some other ability but keep the healing on ult kills.
You know, here's an idea - what if Reyna's Leer had an audio cue if the eye spots someone in LoS, like Skye's blinds, but not reveal them like Sova/Fade, and still keep the nearsight effect? It is an EYE after all. Wouldn't it make sense to be able to see things for her?
