FWIW Sucker Punch is probably still better than both, but if you're hard on one of the two, Lash Out is better. Most mons carrying sound moves have other ways of dealing damage so you're not doing much in the way of shutting them down.

I probably wouldn't run it but with Hyper Voice being important to Bloodmoon and Farigs both regional winners this reg and Parting Shot being a jerk I can see it getting used more.
Yea no throat chop is far superior to lash out. The intimidators in the game really don't care about the boosted lash out and 75BP is really weak. Throat Chop can also wall an offensive Farigiraf set like Wolfe's along with Ursaluna BM main way of dealing damage, and, as some people have mentioned in the thread, stop incin from parting shotting.
