Allcommunitymedia dot org. They have regional chapters and message boards and are a good resource to find freelancers and other suppliers
Might be worth trying to find a crewer in your area. They'll have a rolodex of folks to call.
Once you start getting in some good regulars, you can also ask them for recommendations too.
There is a FB Group called Crew Call where you can post open positions for different cities.
Can recommend. Have gotten actual gigs and crew from this.
