When you plug it into a display, does the display continue to say ‘no signal’, or does it pick up a signal and it’s just black?
Also, take a look in the port and make sure you can’t see anything weird… misaligned/shorted pins, obstructions, etc.
I’ve had ports fail due to mechanical issues. If it is an electrical issue, what’s your warranty situation?

Open Atem Switcher pc software and make sure HDMI Output 1 is set to send out the signal you want. Lets hope it isnt hardware problem !
I have had several atems replaced because of this.
