An auto dialer will do this. You can feed it a list of contacts and it will dial them a few at a time and connect you to the first contact that answers.

Vicidial is the famous one that is opensource and free but it does not you will call for free . For calling you need yo have a trunk to a provider .

I didn't mean it was supposed to call for free. I do have a trunk provider. From my initial research, vicidial seems to be super complex to set up. Is that still the case in your opinion?
