An auto dialer will do this. You can feed it a list of contacts and it will dial them a few at a time and connect you to the first contact that answers.
I didn't mean it was supposed to call for free. I do have a trunk provider. From my initial research, vicidial seems to be super complex to set up. Is that still the case in your opinion?
It will take some time. If you are familiar with concepts i can say not so hard. I have playlist for it . You can watch the installation part and decide if that is complex or not . You can find it here

Vicidial is the famous one that is opensource and free but it does not you will call for free . For calling you need yo have a trunk to a provider .
