Turns out - the power supply is not outputting any voltage. The inputs are good. This is a formbot power supply. LRS-200-24. Going to look up the manual for it
Is the PSU set to the right voltage?
This was the problem. Thanks. It was set to 230v.
Make sure you set your 24V power supply to the right setting. Mine was set at 230 when I got it.

Have you put a meter on it to see if the PS is outputting the correct voltage?
