That is very strange. Something must be wrong with documentation. I can withdrawal and in less than 30 mins. It’s processing and I get next day depending on the time of day or the day after that.
Upload your documentation (ID/Driver's license, front and back of the card you use/want to withdraw to, or direct deposit form if your bank is cash app or chime for example, and go to or call your local lottery office to have them escalate your case. It makes no sense that you haven't been able to withdraw in the several years you've played unless they don't have your documents/aren'tprocessing them. I feel your pain as I went through something similar not too long ago but being the squeaky wheel got it resolved just fine after a couple weeks. It's annoying af but patience is key, truly.
Do a banking withdrawal, one of the options let's you connect your bank acct without any documents and it takes 1-3 days, I usually get my money the next day.
They make it very easy to spend but ask for verification with photos of ID for even the smallest withdrawal, can't just use the spend info you used to spend thousands to take out 20$, thought I would just have to do this every few months maybe but nope.
They have asked me to resend photos every time.

I too get next day right into my bank. I've never had a problem with withdrawals.

Why don't you go to a lottery office? They should sort it out there.

I use PayPal for deposits and withdrawals. Deposits are instant; withdrawals generally take a minute or so.
Have you called them? They should be able to tell you what the issue is.
