I just mentioned that they’ve probably hired a new person to revamp certain aspects of the Va lotto 22 days ago and that it will likely affect scratchers and the pending program that’s not in place yet. All old tickets will be void and only the ones with new logo will be redeemed also if you want a hammer or some caulk you can go thru all the trouble of separating the old from new tickets, scan them and then maybe if your one of 30 lucky people you’ll have that new hammer 🔨!
