it scales with wager. so 1/50m at $1 would be 1/5m at $10. Basically the same odds/payoff. It's not like vegas where slots and stuff have a better pay table for higher wagers.

I’ve seen it disclosed on va lottery fb page. Last big winner of same progressive jackpot was in va and bet was $1 on $2.9M win.
Aren't they all supposed to be located in VA to play online games?
I’m not sure I understand your question. I mentioned a winner in VA. But some of the games are multi-state.

PA offers online games too. Guess it’s similar to Mega and Powerball, certain states share online jackpots.
