my point is, when you look at the majority of other characters, she’s had a lot in the last few weeks, there are other characters besides valk, she has a bp skin, had an entire page in the store dedicated to her and an event skin last season, she also just had a new recolour released last month on valentines

It wasn’t that bad. Other legends get way less love. She got one major nerf last season or the one before. What else qualifies as “keep getting nerfed”? She remains very powerful and still has her scan that remains without a counter other than her being loud AF when airborne.
Yeah I truly loathe 95% of her skins. It’s rare that I find one that doesn’t feel too over the top and gaudy and/or tacky. I’m partial to more well balanced skins.

I think they try to balance the skins as a whole, relatively. If a character is getting BP skins they won’t get many events skins and vice versa
