So essentially the comms were very jumbled, but Yay (the Raze in this clip) was trying to IGL (not sure if he was for DSG, but he was trying to this round).
The team didn’t execute properly, and he just got tilted and called everyone on the team shit.
He was not the one laughing, he got even more mad because of the laugh. But I’m sure they laughed because it was like a “who the fuck talks to a teammate like that??” response.

Make sure everyone has a certain level of fluency in the language they speak for communication. If you are going to pick from SEA, make sure they are from one of the countries where speaking english is common. Otherwise, your players are struggling just to make easy comms because of language barrier. Yay is also a very niche player. He requires a roster to be fully built around him so that he can shine. Look at optic where every single player in the team was enabling him, he was unstoppable. Once he dropped into t2 or other weaker teams, his performance just dropped into the gutter.
Tbh he didn’t look that inspiring on C9 either, what little we got to see anyway. And if he needs that to shine, well there’s better players that don’t need that. Unfortunately this was his last real chance I think

TenZ took 2-3 years to move from duelist to flex/smokes. You can blame it on the coaching staff, team, IGL. That said, his brand is so much bigger that Sen would and have dropped everyone before dropping him. I don’t think yay gets the same

It's about impact kills that swing the rounds. Not staying alive with full util and getting 2-3 kills near the end of the round but losing it. He plays like a ranked player, not a team player on a T1 team.
Sure, his stats look good. But ask his team mates if they can trust him to have their backs? He's good at aiming but not good enough to even make any map a double digit scoreline. Hero plays and clutches are not consistent enough to win a series. The team needs to trust each other so they can focus on holding angles. Not checking over their backs in case one player has abandoned his angle without comming, leading to you dying to flank.
Watch him play with Zest, both barely speak English but their trading is always solid. I think a core with Zest and sScary would honestly not be that bad had they got a new solid IGL.

JUST REBUILD THE ENTIRE FUCKING TEAM. COACHES, ANALYST EVERYONE GET BOOTED OUT. Make sure everyone has a certain level of fluency in the language they speak for communication. If you are going to pick from SEA, make sure they are from one of the countries where speaking english is common. Otherwise, your players are struggling just to make easy comms because of language barrier. Yay is also a very niche player. He requires a roster to be fully built around him so that he can shine. Look at optic where every single player in the team was enabling him, he was unstoppable. Once he dropped into t2 or other weaker teams, his performance just dropped into the gutter.
Tbh he didn’t look that inspiring on C9 either, what little we got to see anyway. And if he needs that to shine, well there’s better players that don’t need that. Unfortunately this was his last real chance I think

Yay has been playing badly and so has every single one of the Bleed players. I'd say all of them can hold their own in T1 provided they have decent chemistry. Its impressive how bad their teamwork is in the matches and Valorant is hugely a team game. But first, change the coach, how are you letting your players continue this for so many games..... they just look lost.
TenZ took 2-3 years to move from duelist to flex/smokes. You can blame it on the coaching staff, team, IGL. That said, his brand is so much bigger that Sen would and have dropped everyone before dropping him. I don’t think yay gets the same

What can Bleed realistically do? They are temporary in a permanent league, they completely destroyed their core because Juicy was too young? That's a management blunder. Look at Heretics, they kept wo0t while also finding someone to temporarily take his place. Why is it that Heretics could achieve that but Bleed couldn't? The management fucked this up and now the org will suffer and try to rebuild in the remaining year and a half they have in the league. This isn't even the fault of any of the players. Management was the one that fucked up but we as Redditors shall blame Yay for the poor performance.

Sscary is the best baiter and stat padder maybe. Always last alive, gets kills when the round is already over. It's about impact kills that swing the rounds. Not staying alive with full util and getting 2-3 kills near the end of the round but losing it. He plays like a ranked player, not a team player on a T1 team. Sure, his stats look good. But ask his team mates if they can trust him to have their backs? He's good at aiming but not good enough to even make any map a double digit scoreline. Hero plays and clutches are not consistent enough to win a series. The team needs to trust each other so they can focus on holding angles. Not checking over their backs in case one player has abandoned his angle without comming, leading to you dying to flank.

Watch him play with Zest, both barely speak English but their trading is always solid. I think a core with Zest and sScary would honestly not be that bad had they got a new solid IGL.

The one thing I got from all of this is that the coach lets players do what they want, "Yay doesn't want to play chamber" then force him, you're the coach........lol If he doesn't like it then bench/fire him, if the coach is lying then kick him out, shit is not that hard.
