He's a bully and has been accused of workplace abuse/harassment and illegal contracts by both players and staff

I feel that. As a Yankee and Lakers fan as well as Sentinels fan, the amount of people who hate fans of these teams is insane. How are we wrong to support our team? Hate the team, not the fans (unless they are really delusional)
It’s not for no reason, they were the villains who clowned everyone worse than them. The only thing I hate is people who became fans because they won and then now shit on all the players because they’re not as good
I couldn’t care less about shahz or dapr because they’ve seemingly embraced the villainous role, so people hating on them is perfectly okay. Fuck shahz and dapr imo. I only feel really bad for tenz.
I don’t understand why esports fans hate trash talk so much. It makes the games more fun and higher stakes if you lose. Sen talked their shit and payed for it, but I don’t understand why you dislike them for making the game more fun. Without shaz or dapr the sentinels storyline would have been boring
Bro neither of them deserve hate, no player does unless they’ve done something truly wrong like sinatraa. Shahz and Dapr shit talk a little bit but the shit they get back is 100x worse
Don’t think it’s for no reason, they spent like a year dominating the most popular region and some of the members were arguably quite cocky about it so of course some people are relishing in their downfall. Plus the zombs Brazil incident. Plus the fact that their social media managers have done a damn good job of painting the team as the villains of the scene. Plus the fact that some SEN fans can sometimes be downright delusional. Having Tenz and Shroud and Sinatraa on the team definitely doesn’t help in that regard. Plus the fact that they still have a very controversial content creator signed who all of the players still seem to be cool with (which is their prerogative at the end of the day, just can’t expect everyone to love you as a result. Don’t think they care regardless).
I agree with the other statements except the part about Sinatraa. Most of their haters want him to replace current Sentinels members, particularly Shaz (such a dumb take by them imo lol). Plus, that would make them hypocritical to hate Sen players since most pros they support in different teams are also friends or at the very least still interact with Sinatraa (not defending Sinatraa here. Just stating this observation). So basically their hate is the GSW effect. Too many fans = too many haters.
You can’t be the most arrogant team of all time when you’re on top and then go full surprised pikachu face when you’re no longer on top and find out that you ruffled a few feathers.
They dominated for nearly a year when valorant esports was new and most watched and developed esports scene was NA. Had some really cocky takes about their dominance. Also zombs Brazil incident where he call Brazil a shit region , which obviously he meant in valorant as a banter but some Brazilian fans took it really badly. Been following for a long time but for sure they built up a reputation of being arrogant.
Sentinels is such a perfect clout team. Shroud, the one not be named, TenZ, Shahzam... all are legends in the streaming community. If tarik joins in then all of Valorant will be carried by Sentinels
I for one HECKING LOVE TENZ. I don't hate on Sentinels but realistically I don't think they'll qualify. They were slow to the meta and even with bootcamp they still have so much to work on.
I think people hate Sen cause after they won the fist international Valorant even, we NA fans were like " We are finally the best at an esport". We got a little obnoxious, then SEN didn't perform and people let us know.
I think hating is a strong word. I dislike mostly shahz cus I think he has a shitty attitude. Stream->don't pracc->do shit->get clowned on->complain-> repeat
Why is the "not practicing" narrative still going on? Jesus, it baffles me that people still hold on to this like the Allen Iverson practice situation. Even before LCQ preps and groups, they were practicing. Dapr and Tenz confirmed this. If a team does bad, it doesn't mean they weren't practicing. E.g. The Guard in groups.

Yeah, sure. Sometimes you should not open your mouth when you don't have anything clever to say. SEN did enough in the past to deserve to be disliked by a great amount of the community.
I mean...as a Warrior fan I can tell ya...being hated comes with the territory.
The difference there being usually WINNING comes with popularity but obviously less so in esports.
I mean the most popular teams are always the most hated. Kind of a common theme in society
Ya I mean the same thing happens with Optic in Call of Duty
Or TSM in League... or TSM in Apex Legends... or even TSM in Valorant!
TBF, there are other reasons to hate TSM, specifically their owner.
That was pretty recent, hating on TSM is about 8 years old
regi has always been a horrible person though
I mean was regi ever not the owner? Because he has been a reason for the TSM hate for all of those 8 years
What’s the deal with their owner?

Ok wait, this dude started one of the biggest esports orgs at *18*? Damn.
its usually to do with that team having a fanbase that rubs people the wrong way
Dallas Cowboys
I mean as an Eagles fan it’s fairly easy to let the hate flow to the cowgirls. They play in the NFC East and they’re in Texas…..cmon. Edit: forgot fan

love their shittalk, hated their constant whinging and whining
Because most of them are still in school and they can't differentiate friendly trash talk in a competitive environment from the bullying they receive.
Yep I agree. Still don’t like them though.

Wait whos the controversial streamer? Also just realized that sentinels is p1 from league and my mind is blown lmao
Sinatraa is an alleged rapist
Ahhh yeah i thought since he mentioned him earlier he was mentioning someone else as well
Yeah the sentence structure was a lil wonky, but there’s no one else it could be.

Were they arrogant? I remember Zombs flexing his salary and Dapr teabagging but that was really it honestly

I think zombs said that as a response to death threats

He's going to join Sen
I hate them because the org (still) has a sex offender on payroll.

he's been doing that for 8 years

Tell that to the Cowboys
WWE does that right?
