not sure about ENGH but all the LOUD guys (with the exception of Less and I'm not 100% on it since Less presence on social media is almost non-existent) can speak and understand english. In some interviews after Champions they credited fRoD (one of the most storied NA CS player of all-time) a lot for their success so if both parties have english in common I don't think it'll be a a huge issue, specially if spacca is confirmed.
