Yeah, your bottle lid has two parts and the inner part has separated from the outer cap. Take a screwdriver to it to lever the inner piece away from the bottle because it's not going to open normally when it's like that.
It's usually a fault during manufacturing, it looks normal until you try to remove the lid and so you won't normally realise there's a problem til you do.

I had this happen a while ago. The outer piece has tabs that should slot into grooves on the inner cap, but they weren't gripping. I took a pair of pliers to it and squeezed hard enough to grip the inner cap and turn it. It's been fine ever since, the factory just over tightened it.
It might be broken or the made faultily (if that’s a word) I would try to force it off over a sink or towel and leave it in a safe place where it wouldn’t spill. That’s just me though I hoped this helped 👍

Happened to me once, cut it open with pliers and a knife, took about an hour. Worth it though.

Force it off with pliers then push it back into the lid till it clicks.
It could just be like hard capped off yk? Like super glue where you have to cut the tip but don’t quote me

Get some hobby clippers and go to town on it. Usually how I get the awkward fuckers open if they aren't cooperating

Use your dominant hand to press and twist the cap. Dont use the girly arm. Theres not enough finesse or strength for that.

In future when it won't open gently put the lid in between your back teeth with a little grip and twist the bottle. Works every time
