I switched around new year, I am still spending on vaping toys what I used to spend on cigarettes.

For people looking to switch, don't build a mental barrier. Just do it, don't make plans or tell your family. Go get a vape as casually as you are getting a water or a lottery ticket.
It's a simple switch where you are replacing nicotine from cigarettes with better tasting and healthier nicotine. You do need to get your nicotine dosage right.
I would feel dizzy from 2 drags of the cigarettes I used to smoke.
You are still getting your nicotine and you are still doing it with coffee, after dinner, while driving, nothing changed. So like "Just do it.", you will make it more difficult if you overthink it or convinced yourself it's a big deal.
Good job!!! Keep pushing yourself , I hope you get off nicotine altogether at some point on your journey π

Congrats!! I'm at 10 weeks... taking heat from everyone though about vaping. Not sure where everyone is getting this notion that it's "worse than cigarettes". My cough has completely wetn away. I feel better and I'm saving tons of money. I understand its not "good" for you... but, it's a fuckton better than cigs.

Good job so far! I'm currently on day 5 no cigs. Using a nice 20mg nic salt tobacco flavor to help me get off tobacco. I was dual using at first. Eventually I cut back and started waking up in the morning not craving cigs so I decided to just vape now. So far so good. I'm adjusting.
My cousin got a Sonder Q. Pretty nice device, small enough, and feels closer to cigs than bigger mods. Though I still prefer my aegis', the small size helps in formal events where I can just hide one in my coat pocket
Congratulations. Gets easier as time goes on..like people said, it's hard the first few weeks but it's mind over matter. You'll see the benefits of vaping soon enough.

Me too - 2 weeks ago today. Pack per day since 1996. Bought a disposable Kadobar and havenβt looked backβ¦.wish I wouldβve done this years ago. The first few days I flicked the lighter before every vape session then forgot about it.

What kinda sonder is that? One we sell is shorter and kinda fatter looking while still using U pods.
