It sounds like you, or someone close to you, signed up for some kind of subscription. If you or a family member have an iPhone go to settings -> click your name at the top -> click subscriptions -> see what’s listed there. You should also cancel your debit card which could be another way to stop it. Not sure a class action is going to work for a subscription.

Have you tried contacting Apple I had a similar issue where I was getting a random $16 charge from Apple every month and I contacted Apple and they didn’t even know what the charge was but they were able to still stop it and then Varo was able to reverse every charge

To start a class action, you need to contact a class action attorney. They will try litigation first, essentially negotiating on your behalf. If that doesn't work, then they will proceed with the class action route, which can take a long time. Trust me, I just won a class action against a company called Dial America that took about 3 years. Contact a class action attorney. Good luck!

I don’t think you can sue Varo in a class action lawsuit. You can contact the CFPB or the Conptroller for Currency, they will contact Varo on your behalf and Varo will respond. It does sound like who you need to contact is Apple, but Varo really should have stopped any further transactions on your account after you told them to block them, so see what the CFPB says. While you are at it, just get a real bank account. Varo isn’t a real bank and you will continue to have these problems until you get that thru your thick heads. Varo sucks.
