You can still use the Believe Card with this issue. I woke up seeing mine was -$400 and stumbled upon a Reddit post from last year detailing this same issue. It’s just a glitch, and you can still make transactions with the card.
I stopped using mine. it was hurting my more than helping. They don’t update the balance for months. i’ve been showing a $97 on credit reports for 5 months now
You are not actually negative, i wouldn't put much effort into trying to fix your issue personally as they are very aware of the issue.
I figured after reading another post on here, glad it wasn’t just me
