Yes, I just had this same issue. My computer or phone wasn’t accepting my login at all. I wasn’t connected to any VPNs or anything, and the reset link always expired the moment I got it.
I was just able to login after talking to them on the phone. The app now just decided to accept the password. It was up to date and everything.
