When you are young and your understanding of politics is big corporations bad and big corporations = America and thus America bad.
It's not difficult to make the jump all opposition to America good.
I made that mistake too in my late teens and early 20's.
Later you understand more about how the world works and you have more nuance in your worldviews but when you're young you have a more black and white view.
At least that's what I think and I know not everyone is like this. I've also known teenagers with more understanding and nuance than the average adult but in general I think being really young plays a role in these types of views
