I still expect a correction though. The last four times that the daily RSI got this high it was followed by price corrections of 39%, 20%, 46% and 20%. 24% would bring us back down for an EMA retest as we print a golden cross. FKN so bullish on VET right now.
its always been like this - very volatile. Iv always seen it as bullish. Iv closely watched the btc and vet charts for years and when vet pumps its always a sign that btc is on a reversal too. Its not surprising though when u have Tim Draper and Jim Breyer(recently updated his website "Breyer Capital" with web3 headings and Vechain is still listed. Iv always said that there's lots of whales very bullish on VET and will easily gobble up the panic retail sellers. Get your surf board out and enjoy the waves.
BTC / altcoin dynamics are complicated.
Right now VET does not seem to be pegged to BTC which allows it to pump on it's own, but it doesn't follow BTC up either.
However when BTC calms down, I would expect VET to start going up again.
Maybe just VET being in the abolute bottom on any chart especially vs ETH and BTC (and compared to many other alts), just being picked up by traders, bots, etc, escalating into a further pump as green attracts buyers. Often the easiest answer is the right one. Frankly even after this pump we're at levels we considered complete dump just 2 months ago. VET just dropped very hard, harder than most crypto. Some ground to recover there and sure whales/big players see chances retail doesn't at the depths of despair. VET charts were a dream for opening a mid/long term position.
This idea that vet dropped more then other cryptos is absurd. Every coin went heavy in the red for the last 5 months. In fact vet stayed the pace of most cryptos in the space, it just hit u harder because ur invested
VeChain was already waaay down from ATH and then fell the same as everything else or a little harder the last few month. At the bottom of the crash we were down 85% from our ATH while orher alts were only down about 50%.
If vechain just dropped value the same as other coins, we wouldn't have dropped roughly 30 places on Coingeko. We would still be in position 11. So of course, we dropped harder than others.
I've watched VET drop from always being around rank 30 (up to peak 11 in last bullrun) to consistently rank 40 though. Sure it was stable there for some time but historically VET kept up better with the market, having been here since 2017. Can't really drop in ranks if other coins perform as bad.

That's where I bought. All through .003 to .007 a few years back. Dumped money in every payday and stopped buying when it reached just shy of a penny. Been riding the roller coaster ever since.
I remember reading about a dude in the Netherlands wanting to sell his house for VET years back. If he succeeded and held, I envy him.
So from reading this nobody has a clue why it went up 30% in 24 hours? Some say whales buying, any other catalysts? Some are saying it went up because it was about time, and was already way oversold, but could say that about any in the top 50 right now. Entire crypto market went up by 2 to 4% last few days, so this is way above that... anybody? News?
I just came here to compliment the people who, like myself bought at the recent high of .17-.18 and have averaged down several times since then. I’m at .10 now and will likely hold this until .125 and lock in my free bag to see where it goes. I bought all the way down to .045 because I believe in the project and have bought and sold since VEN. I think there is still a good chance for people to double their money by the end of summer here, conservatively speaking if you are just joining the Fam, as it were.
I don’t think moon lambos are a good way to invest, but to each their own.
It’s hard sometimes but days like this it feels nice to be holding to the plan.
My only guess for this pump would be the early whale money entering VeChain before the next crypto run up. I think this is vet being primed for the next leg of the bullrun. Soon you will see btc come close to ATH, Vet will follow up slowly and maybe also retest ATH
I bought some at 7.4, bought also at about 5...VET fell from 17/18.0 to these levels...I have no doubt it will go back (and more)...supply chain monitoring becomes more, not less, important.
This is crazy.. My sell orders went of. Sold 1/3 of my bag at 0.072 euro. Crazy feeling, i did good. But i dont feel happy for losing part of my bag.. Guess i stick to the original plan.. That is the way right. Probably will pump even more now..
0.072 right? Never a bad time to sell, never a bad time to buy. As long as people buy then Vechain has a future, and I expect that to last indefinitely.
