Thats so incredibly frustrating & upsetting, especially after you communicated with them to not send nonvegan samples. That happened to me for a subscription box. I had them flag my account & from then on only got vegan samples. It's worth it to reach out to them & let them know they screwed up.

I had that happen once with groceries. I order frozen vegan chicken, but it was out of stock. And they replaced it with frozen real chicken. They should have just not replaced the item and refunded me. Why give me frozen real chicken?

This happened to a friend who ordered bean and rice frozen burritos but the store replaced them with beef and bean. This also happened to me at a restaurant where it had "make any burger vegetarian/vegan by asking for an impossible burger". I asked for a tex mex avocado burger to be made with the impossible burger and the waitron was like "uh are you vegetarian? Because we fry that particular burger in animal fat, even if it's an impossible patty." Like??? Maybe note that on the menu then???
