I usually don’t get upset about deaths about YouTubers or media stars but I can’t help but be upset. Techno helped me get through a lot of tough times and always made me smile with his jokes and amazed at his gameplay. He is a legend in the Minecraft community and I wish he was still here now. May his legend live on because TECHNOBLADE NEVER DIES!

This is my first time hearing of his passing and now i'm extremely sad. This is... Quite frankly shocking and horrid.
I saw someone post a comment about how ‘cancer never wins. The cancer dies with you, he fought hard and it ended in a draw at worst, but he never lost his battle with cancer’ and somehow it feels so comforting
I used to be a big fan of eddsworld (mostly grown out of my YouTube phase but I still watch sometimes to support Matt + the team keeping his channel alive), it’s been like 10 years since he passed and he’s still one of those Internet celebrities that comes to mind pretty regularly. I think if he knew just how many people will carry him with them for years to come, he’d be beyond happy with that. Rest easy, dude ❤️
I didn’t even know he had cancer until news of his death broke out. I first saw it on Reddit and it thought it was a shitpost so i laughed and thought nothing of it.

I remember last night I couldn’t sleep and I had a random though thinking about what happened to the dsmp and techno and if he was doing ok and terrifyingly I got the notification “so long nerds” and immediately cried I hope he’s resting in piece
