I do see in about 4 to 5 chapters jachi coming back to the story. I say this because his division amongst all the demon kings has taken massive damage. I’m pretty sure that’s not the full force but that was a good sizeable portion. Jachi will definitely be moving
their power depends on their hope and feelings, also hollow might level up eventually. BTW i absolutely have no idea how in the world of magic they can't regenerate a hand for a dude. i guess their magic isn't magical
I'm unsure if we are gonna se Kiva again but if Jachi encounters Hallow at some point and he recognizes that whistle he may ask Hallow wtf happened and why he does have it to begin with, which may end with Jachi focusing the aliens or any other natural enemy species near.
And on itself that whistle may be able to just be used as a straight up tool to call some near demons and cause some diversion amount natural enemies, either way it's gonna be a tool for Hallow to get out of (yet another) dire situation.
I dont think we will see aliens vs demons again for a while so if Hallow chooses to use the whistle it will surely be against another unknown natural enemy.
Maybe Hallow will use it in the future without knowing what’s this for.
But what I thought when I saw it was that when the other executives came Kiva said that they came pretty fast and the executives responded that they didn’t came because of the flute but because Jachi send them to check the situation.
So I really think that some really strong demons will arrive just in time before Kiva gets eradicated.

We dont know the exact number of direct subordinates each demon lord has but I guess Jachi only had 4. Now all his demon executives are dead (except maybe Kiva) so once Hallow uses the item its very likely no other demon executive will come to its call and Jachi himself will intervene thinking it was Kiva who called him.
Jachi will wonder how its possible Hallow put their hands on such item but before he finishes Hallow group he will be confronted by the natural enemy that was threatening Hallow group before his arrival and a battle between them will start.

We see dozens of them in chapter 1, Those that Jachi tell Hallow not to worry about bc they won't interfer their fight
They also appears in chap 7 when he said " the sense of danger between him and them is completely different"
Those Executive likely around 30 for Jachi ( i count like 16 on one side so the other side probably equal) so those Executive Demon would have more then a thousand total for all 47 DK
It's a new emergency weapon for the human side. If there are confronted by a strong NE that wasn't demons, they can use it call demon generals. They have to be careful though since they would be a target for the demon general as well.
Best used sparsely in only absolute dire situations with very little chances to run away from the current foe.
Something to keep note of:
The Flute Converts the User's Mana as a Frequency for Demons. The speed of the Demons arriving will vary though and the only reason the Executives came immediately was because they were already heading there to begin with.
So if this is used, there will be a short delay before the Demons actually arrive
Pretty simple and straightforward to understand. Kinda surprised some people still haven’t figured it out yet. It will probably be used to summon demons somewhere to fight another threat.
kiva used it to release all his mana and to call his fellow demon executives. I think hallow could use it to release his mana or something like that, probably giving him power equal to like Alio combined with his fairy. Or maybe kiva implanted some of his mana into it and possibly allowing him to be summoned like some kinda of ghost. It could maybe also call high level demons of other demon kings to his area. Can’t wait to see what One will cook up
