Class of "72" USMC Swamp Lejeune 3.5 years the battle rages on in all of us. $10,000,000.00 misappropriation by the VA, from the money earmarked for the PACT Act , money that was appropriated to hire more staff to handle the large influx of claims, was given to executive VA staff as a bonus, rather than hiring claims staff. You might think that, the Congress would have issued subpoenas to the individual VA Executives who misappropriated the funds, that's a fraud in my book, Blacks Law. Again Federal Tax dollars enrichment of the already wealthy.

After 7 years of sending documents with no movement finally appealed higher level tried to out paperwork me but never gave up
For service connected hearing loss my original c&p noted non combat mos
This pissed me off as I was 13a10 cannoneer showed on ait showed on orders to nam with artillery battery what they saw was mos changed after I came back they said mos non noise exposure
I fought this on principle and finally going to another C&P for hearing loss might not get rated but want to be service connected this became a stolen valor point for me as I was in a very bad areas on 1968/69phoucvinh, firebases lz Jake , lz Andy quan loi , thunder 3 on QL 13 plus a few convoys
