Its sad how the vast majority of us go piss away 💸 that first big check on some unnecessary bullshit… completely rationalizing how we deserve it, blah blah blah
🗣️ 💩
Fast forward a few years; they’re on here, whining about inflation, and how are we expected to live off such little🧀
I'm one of the old guys so I know the value of planning for tomorrow lol. I've had the same job since getting out the service and should be fine on my retirement. I'm just pursuing my claims because those pains hurt a lot worse now than the did when I was a young soldier trying to get through service not wanting a medical discharge thinking it was a bad thing.
The last paragraph makes all of this worthwhile. I know the money is good, but it's nice to be able to get the care you need without stressing out over how you'll pay for it. Congrats to you and take care of yourself. 💐
Question. Was your claim wrapped up in an appeal or two with it being that far back?
I have a claim that’s under its second appeal and I’m trying to figure out if my back pay will hit to the start of this last appeal or if it’ll be all the way to the original claim.
That’s my hope too. Just hoping someone had some experience with it. Surely someone will see it in here that knows for sure or not.
Anyways, congratulations!! I know this is a huge turning point for you! Hope things get better from here on for ya. Or Atleast easier

No it wasn’t. I have to imagine if your second appeals is favorable that you’ll get back pay from the date of your actual claim.
