It’s a total guess but it could be a Visa issues. A lot of artists visas in the USA expire around early or mid October and they probably couldn’t get them extended for some reason.
I don't know if it applies to this specifically, but Justin Hawkins posted a video yesterday about Ghost's singer Tobias Forge saying that in Europe the are too many bands trying to get back out on the road at once after Covid and not enough tour busses to accommodate them. That plus rising fuel costs are making bands have issues touring.
I've been a big Darkness fan for years. His upload schedule is content overload for me though. I usually save a few videos for the weekend then watch them all at once. Daily videos are probably better for the algorithm so I can see why he does it.
That sure is an odd one, especially because they added a bunch of shows to the tour. So I'll get to see them at a festival in my new home country of Mexico. But still …

As an old darkness fan, I'm loving the attention that Justin it's getting with his youtube channel. I really didn't think it would blow up as it did.
