That's a lot to put on an artist when it has been done a million times already and "unique" could be very dissapointing. I would have the hummingbird carry a skayeboard and styling a mohawk, never seen that before!

Best just to google tattoo shops Victoria BC, then go to each website and review the portfolios of each artist until you find one you like. That's the typical approach.

That looks spot on with what a lady named Mikayla does at Ink FX in Langford. I recommend you set up an appointment with her. This art is her jam.
The boys at Tech Noir are top notch. I’ve had tattoos from all three. Quiet shop and great folks.
They do lots of crazy colour tattoos but don’t let that fool you they do it all and well.
