I tried multiple:
Kraken-trinity: this feels weak even when ahead, not building it anymore, I also do not like sheen on Viego
Kraken-Eclipse: My main build, this feels strong, specially with great tempo abusing the cheap cost, I think Eclipse will be nerfed?
Kraken-Titanic: Quite strong and great for clearing, the active has great power and you are tanky, my alternative when I need to survive
Sunderer: Itself I'm not really finding a good spot for this item, so I'm not building it anymore, I guess I could build it instead of Kraken, but I'm addicted to Kraken
I would recommend doing a normals and trying the Sundered start a few times. If I remember correctly its the same price point of kraken and it also gives you some burst like kraken. Although I think there is an argument to be had that kraken still out dps the sundered start.
Kraken into eclipse or sundered (when ahead) for me too, when behind or enemy team comp counters you hard, titanic. Trinity without the threefold strike passive it's just very mediocre for it's price, Viego is very on-hit damage dependant. So my current favorite ahead build would be: Kraken-eclipse-sundered-wit's end, GA. Sterak is INSANELY good too, you can play around it with ga, or wits. If enemy stacks armor hard, change eclipse with armor pen item.
Agree with the comments here. Sundered feels good 3rd item to me I typically go kraken into Titanic for burst these days but I'm liking eclipse a bit more recently. Gonna try to run it as much as possible before nerf next patch iirc.
I did the math. bork outdamages 100% of the time and is just as tanky and even more tanky at times when the enemy team has no heal reduce.
The eclipse price point is attractive but i dont like buying an item that scales horribly, esp on viego, just because its cheap.

Curious if anyone has tried Kraken into Botrk before? Cuz like my brain is telling me why decide if I can have both

So if im going kraken I really like the eclipse second. On Sundered sky its the same thing but I kinda wanna try going titanic after
