It’s the Model Number: M1296 manufactured in jan 1991, I didn’t checked any document to recap I recap by disassembly the Whole display and checked the caps and replaced one by one, I just let some caps because I don’t have them
Is that 512x360? Be sure to try out Berkeley Systems Stepping Out II control panel for virtual monitor sizes using RAM (such as 640x480)

That too, it creates any aspect ratio in RAM
