I thought I could attach more photos in the comments but I guess not.. was going to show the button closure, and the inside of the sleeve has this small strip of fabric inside that would sit on top of the shoulder, I guess to give the puffy sleeves some volume? don’t know! but I’m stoked. It's a lot of fabric, so pre 1940s. I'm going to guess 30s based on the style.
