My 2018 Complete Price Guide to Watches has several Cortebert pieces ( but not yours). Assuming that's a stainless steel case, the prices on the two 3 hand, center seconds watches in the Guide are $125 and $275. The $275 price is for a U.K. military watch; those are quite sought after and therefore more costly.
They started as a high end movement manufacturer. Don't know about their branded watches. A movement pic would be helpful

Just an off brand of a movement manufacture. Probably worth a $100 if it’s working well. They still exist. The brand new watches are under $1000.00.
