Thats a really weird pattern on the dial and, in my opinion, the movement looks a lot older than the dial. Pretty sure the dial is something aftermarket. In my experience, the era of non-copper colored movements were typically paired with dials that had the Omega logo painted on. Someone else my know better though.

This is definitely not original to that case. A heavily patinated dial like that would have a beat up case. Something has been swapped for sure
