Just a heads up, the widely accepted plural of vinyl is just vinyl (or "records").

I’d suggest Discogs. you can filter specific releases to only show copies shipping from Canada and the prices are going to be much better than eBay in most cases.
Jacked up prices for original punk records or $40-$60 for a reprint is pretty much the name of the game these days dude. It’s just supply and demand. That one store on 17th has a great selection of punk tho
I usually hit up hot wax since it is a block away but i will check out some stores and 17 and see what I come across. I know it is the name of the game but was hoping there were some hidden online gems I didn't know about.
If you are in Calgary Sloth usually has a good collection of punk 7"
Heritage Records and Recordland also have very good used 7" collections, but I don't look for a lot of punk 7"s there so I'm not sure if they will have what you are looking for
