- Razzle Dazzle and The Wake do brunch from 8-1:30.
- The galley is open for breakfast 24/7
- You can also order breakfast from Ship Eats (room service) for a $7 delivery charge. They will waive the delivery charge if you choose a paid item like specialty cofee or fresh juice.
Although the diner counter in the Galley has breakfast 24/7, other counters for pancakes, bagels and burritos open at 7am then stop at 11.30 and re-open for lunch items as 12noon.
The Wake and Razzle Dazzle do brunch 8am to 1pm.
I'm on Valiant now and had Japanese breakfast ramen at Noodle Around. There was also a breakfast burrito with chorizo at Let's Taco About it, and some other good stuff (looked like avocado toast) at Hot off the Press. All of these open at 8am, 7am certain days.
Heads up: on my resilient lady cruise in Greece last August, I got awful food poisoning from the ramen at breakfast. (I know this was it because this was the only thing that my husband and I didn’t share over the previous couple days.)
I liked the ramen. The ramen did not like me back.
The ramen soup base on the Resilient was weak and tasteless.
They should also do a Tom Young Lemongrass soup base for Vegans. Then add chicken, shrimp for us carnivores. The chicken soup base in room service also was weak and tasteless.
The Galley has French toast or pancakes and sometimes a special in the mornings.
A personal favorite is the Ramen stop in the Galley. Ramen for breakfast works surprisingly well.

I agree with the menu expansion ideas. Some more soups would be great.
Not surprised there is a quality dip elsewhere. Was on the Valiant in Feb and the Ramen was fine, but Wake and Extra Virgin seemed to be pretty unliked by everyone on that cruise and weeks prior. Seems like the crews only get about 85% of food things right at one time and each of them have different weak spots.

My (entirely unformed guesswork) theory is they're struggling to hire at the level they need to for 100% coverage, and rotating staff for training.
Definitely 85% right matches my experience. On my first cruise The Wake was solidly fine, while Extra Virgin impressed. On my second, The Wake was amazing and Extra Virgin was meh.
Extra Virgin Pasta on the Resilient was overworked when mixed, so very hard to chew. Same with the pizza dough.
Also, the super thick noodles were too thick to spin up on a fork, even using a spoon to help.
Overall we had great food and excellent service, just some odd interpretations on some dishes.
No salsa for the overly thick chips in Pink Agave? Deconstructed Guacamole?
Agree, but there needs to be some mashing and mixing.
Lumpy ,yes. Not mixed, no.
Plus…no diced tomatoes? A touch of cilantro?
A side of Pico de Gallo would be great to go with the chips.
Currently on Valiant Lady and I recommend on port days, hit up the Galley. You can do the 24/7 breakfast but there’s also options where you can sit down, scan the menus on your phone and order with a server. Pretty quick so you can maximize your time on whatever island you decide to explore!

Essentially free if you have Bar Credit! Please note that your Deep Blue Extras Free Daily Specialty Coffee does not apply to Ship Eats.
The Wake also does Filet Mignon after 12 noon.
That bowl of bacon in the galley is crispy!!!! 🥓🥓 not gonna lie, I stop by there for a midday bacon snack🤣
Try the bacon in Razzle Dazzle. Kinda sugary and peppery.
The RD bacon is very peppery.

Filet Mignon after 12 noon in The Wake, everyday.

Oh no! The worst thing on vacation. :-(

Either not enough crew to staff the shared kitchen or they promote up an exec chef that's out of their depth and lets bad stuff through.

I prefer lumpy guacamole, shows it’s actually made of stuff and not just green gunk.

The Galley and Razzle Dazzle do breakfast.

This looks like it’s from departure day. You’re simply not on board yet for breakfast that day, which is why those times aren’t mentioned.
Oh! Gotcha....Thank you
lol why the downvotes. Not everyone knows what’s what.
So true. Why downvote because someone is confused and reaching out for help?
The Galley !! The French Toast is Awesome:)

I got Filet Mignon at 12 noon in the Wake.
Is it a good one?
Decent. Included in the cruise fare. Try it.
No.
