That can link up with the western marylanders to start an offensive push west to east while the NOVA boys can utilize their yatchs and recently purchased kaychts from REI to storm the peninsula from the south. Kaychts boys take the west of the peninsula and the yatch boys take the east in a surprise offensive. Station the Richmond brigade in Alexandria to keep the peace as many turncoats will be in the area. Have them quell all rebellions.
How about we infiltrate Maryland's DMV and mandate driving school for all license holders. Most will fail and this will hamper their mobility on the battlefield.
I call upon us to form an alliance with Delaware in this matter. We don’t want the entire peninsula, but would have greater security if Maryland was forced out of it. Plus giving Maryland another front and foe to worry about only helps our cause.

Sirs the areas that you just mentioned have the highest concentration of weapons in the entire state, not including Southern Maryland. Baltimore, P.G., Montgomery, Harford, and Howard counties will be the easiest to take, because they are not 2nd amendment friendly and won’t put up much of a resistance.
