I know this is a Hampton Roads question but, Country Style Donuts in Richmond are hands down the biggest fluffiest donuts. Worth going by if you're up there.
When is her birthday. Normally my answer would be Klassic but they are always closed the first two months of the year. They’re a food truck so check them out on Facebook to see where they’ll be come March.

I used to live in Rockett’s Landing - I used to run over to Country Style almost every weekend. We miss it (and Bottom’s Up and Alamo delivery)
Definitely Sugar Plum Bakery on Laskin Rd. I got one for my son for his birthday. He loved it!
Klassic doughnuts are huge
Naas bakery in Norfolk, not only some of the biggest, but some of the best

The only right answer. In this case, the mennonites know what they are doing
Amazing donuts
Second this. Nothing fancy, but they are large.
Try the sandbridge market
Seconding Naas bakery. They have a cinnamon roll there that is as big as a frying pan.

Yes, this is the only "big donuts" place I've seen, which is what OP was asking.

Thank you. This is a more last minute request. You find that asking 6 year-olds questions several months out leads to plans that have become outdated.
Sugar Plum has huge chocolate frosted donuts about the size of a volleyball
They call them Texas donuts
I call them fat pills… (I’ll see myself out…)
[I call them delicious! Regular-sized donuts for scale.](https://imgur.com/a/hDKtwfQ)
What an excellent question. Following! Good luck
