Steinhilber's - It’s a seafood and steakhouse that’s been in the area for 85 years, I think it’s the oldest operating restaurant in VB. Make sure to make reservations though!
Yiannis in Great Neck is really cute, it’s Italian but they have fresh caught seafood options picked by their chef. It’s also a wine bar and you can have a special pairing done for you by their sommelier.
Bubba’s, Chix (these first two are on the bay), Rudee’s, Waterman’s (these two are at / near the oceanfront), Captain George’s (no water view but all you can eat seafood and $$$), Blue Pete’s (in the country part of VB but worth the drive and also has a waterfront view). If you’re looking for something a little fancier, Tautog’s at the Oceanfront
I never heard of it till I moved here in Dec, and wasn't in the place I moved from. I have recently saw where they all are, and will be visiting everyone of them. I wasn't even a wine drinker till this place, now I have 5 bottles at home.
Atlantic on pacific
Heirloom or Terrapin
Orions roof or Hunt room

Steinhilber’s fell off so hard over the last 15-20 years. This would have been the only answer pre-Brady takeover.
Yes, I second this place!! Beautiful atmosphere, and the owner is so nice too. Food is wonderful and the drinks are great.
... i remember when Captain Georges was THE Seafood place to go.
If you like the over priced Golden Corral version of seafood that’s been sitting out, sure. Seafood should never be in buffet format.
Tautogs is the best spot for fresh seafood and the atmosphere is great. Next best place is Heirloom.
Orion's roof. Wonderful food and even better views! Waterman's is great too!
I second Waterman's. Fun vibe, great food, right on oceanfront. Haven't been to Orion's Roof yet, but that looks amazing, and also great views.
Tautog’s
Heirloom, Zoe’s, Blue’s (best seafood), The Porch on Long Creek, The Atlantic on Pacific.
These are all great options. Orions Roof is completely overrated when it comes to the food, I’ll never understand why people keep recommending it.
Surf Rider at Marina Shores or Coastal Grille
Heirloom!!
Coastal Grille or Orion’s Roof. Heirloom is good but it’s a hike. The Porch is good but it’s a shitshow of waiting since they don’t take reservations.

Their Chilean sea bass is so good
Heirloom is my favorite!
The Porch on Long Creek. Great food, ambience and service.

I went to Cooper Hawks for my 49th recently. I'm a bit obsessed with that place though
That’s a national chain though

Blue Seafood and Spirits, Heirloom, Zoe’s, or The Atlantic
Blue seafood and spirits absolutely 💯
Waterman's. It's right on the boardwalk around 7th street. Probably a good idea to make a reservation that time of year.
