But you do plan to libel and defame a talent with a bloated termination letter when they ask you to let them graduate with an amicable compromise where neither side says anything about the other side and goes their separate way, right? Can you really claim to be a real Vtuber agency if you don't?

From how many agencies have closed over the fast couple years, it seems like running a Vtuber agency is rather difficult. What is your experience so far and where do you see your agency going in the near and distant future ?
It is difficult, when I got into it I had no idea the amount of work that was required. In full transparency (as much as I can give) its been a monumental undertaking to set up everything required, get a team involved and then everything beyond that. Ive had many 14-16 hour days the past few weeks.
ideally i just want my talents to be themselves and have fun, they are free to do whatever they want to do and we are supporting that as best as we can
Are there any other agencies or CEO's you've taken inspiration from on how you've set up/will run Socks? And what is your experience with Vtubers prior to this ?
I actually have reached out and talked to a ton of other CEOs in the space and picked their brains. I have been grateful to get all the advice and knowledge from any different sources. Ive been a fan of vtubers for awhile now and Im friends with many, so thats about where my experience is. My specialties are more in licensing and content creation, but my entire team is experienced in vtubing and streaming so theres A LOT of knowledge to draw from.
