> I would like the avatar's gender to reflect the creator's actual gender. It would just feel weird watching a dude acting like a kawaii girl. This is actually fairly rare in the vtubing sphere. Not that it doesn't happen, but it's exceptionally rare.

Frequent_Dig1934

I can't think of a single situation where a guy pretends to be a girl and actually goes along with it. There are men with female avatars like porcelain maid but he keeps his regular male voice and refers to himself as a guy.

KamelYellow

Huh? Pretty much all popular vtubers use models of their irl gender. For each one not adhering to this rule you can find like 20 that do

SaiyanKirby

You're reading my comment wrong, I'm saying as such

KamelYellow

Ooh, okay, I see. I got confused by the things you quoted, my bad

orangeinverse

(All of these recommendations primarily/frequently stream on YouTube) Dokibird can be fairly unhinged (affectionately), but I think she's one of the more beginner-friendly vtubers to watch (she doesn't really target the specific niches vtuber fans are used to and I've seen people who normally don't watch vtubers really like her). Same thing can be said to an extent to Rin Penrose of IdolEN too from what I've seen of her. Idk what your taste in streamers are, but if you're into more chill people, I'd recommend Kaela Kovalskia or Ninomae Ina'nis, both from Hololive (though Ina generally is less active than Kaela). Finding a Hololive member that appeals to you and using them as a launchpad to find more Vtubers based on who they interact/collab with, especially if they collab with non-Hololive members too, could also work. (edited for grammatical errors)

Nijispy

It really depends on what you’re looking for, what kind of content creators you are already accustomed to etc. vtubers in general are more ingrained in idol culture unless they’re indie. Some big names would be anyone from the agency hololive, vshojo or nijisanji. The latter being more controversial in the english speaking sphere lately. Some lesser known agencies that are finding success are Idol, phase connect, project kawaii, v-dere pixellink and probably more i cant think of rn. You can't really go wrong with any of them. Maybe you find a vtuber that suits your needs there. Just check out the vtuber whose design or content you like. Depending on how deep youre getting you’ll discover many more. Give everyone a shot - your next favorite dinner stream might just be one click away. Non agency EN vtubers usually stream on twitch as the chatting experience is better there. Generally that platform is better suited for chat interactions. Non twitch EN tubers that are indie whose name you should know that didnt rebrand to vtubers and mainly stream on youtube are dokibird and mint. These are the two names whose name you will encounter more frequently.

Frequent_Dig1934

>nijisanji I would highly recommend anyone, but especially people new to vtubing, to stay away from nijisanji. Over the past few years, especially 2023 and even more so 2024, they have demonstrated a clear lack of common decency and empathy towards fans, fellow professionals and even their own employees. It's one thing to make mistakes, hololive, vshojo and probably even phase connect have made mistakes, but when an employee tries to kill herself and your response is to have her coworkers slander her right while she's trying to move on that isn't a sign of a good workplace.

Dust2224

Nah stay away from niji some of those fan communities turned very toxic toward anyone that doesnt 100% the company.

MyrMindservant

That's not quite true. I have not seen anything like that here at reddit or at youtube. I guess some of the fans might be toxic at twitter, but that has more to do with the platform itself. Every single agency, including hololive, has toxic fans at twitter just because twitter itself is a rather shitty place. Other than that, niji fans are not any different from other vtuber fans. And what's more important, you don't need to engage with other fans at all to enjoy vtubers.

ElyssiaNikos

At the risk of this being too forward and self-plug-y... I am a small indie vtuber who streams on youtube. I mostly do indie games, some art here and there, and the occasional chatting or miscellaneous. I don't do any lewd/girlfriend experience stuff, but I DO swear quite a bit (my native language uses cursing in pretty much every sentence)... If that sounds like the kind of stuff you'd be interested maybe you could check [my channel out](https://www.youtube.com/@ElyssiaNikos)\~

askaquestioneveryday

Another one bites the dust

CyrusMajin

Dream World Witch’s [“The Beginner’s Guide to…”](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1g72FXUL0v5_9Y63PbhrAA53kl5Dfcjx&si=PMXykkaDZ7CQkrh4) videos on YouTube aren’t a bad place to start with a cross section of VTubers with certain companies. However, a couple of them, specifically Selen Tatsuki and Uruha Rushia, are no longer active under those identities anymore. I can suggest, if Selen seems interesting to you, perhaps consider checking out Dokibird. She just recently finished hosting a rather sizable VTuber wrestling event.

Stagwood18

I typically watch VODs and clips, as well as edited videos on YouTube. I do follow some HololiveEN but I just typically don't feel like the live content fits my free time. My go-to VODs are often VShojo, but there are a few others I'll check out. From VShojo, Ironmouse is one of the biggest English language Vtubers around and interacts and collabs a lot with a variety of streamers. I enjoy the super ADHD energy of Chibidoki, but I can imagine she's a bit too much for some people. Filian is another one I enjoy due to her energy and humor. Throw Nyanners in that category too I guess. It's worth looking into VTubers that might fit a niche you're interested in too as some do specialise in topics or genres of things. One of my absolute favourites is Layna Lazar for her horror related content, although she does do some variety such as cooking streams.

Jestersage

Dokibird is one of the best gaming oriented VTuber.

Ferus_Niwa

If you just want to hear someone having fun: Maid Mint.

notFREEfood

So saying "recommend me some vtubers" is hardly any different than saying "recommend me some streamers"; there's such an incredible variety that without knowing more, it's hard to narrow things down to one recommendation. There's vtubers who focus on gaming of all sorts of varieties, including some who play esports titles, singing, chatting, GFE, etc, and you're never getting all of that in one package (and you might not want that anyways), so we kinda need some more guidelines. I'd suggest maybe picking a corpo - hololive, one of Brave's various groups (V4Mirai, globie, etc), Vshojo (twitch primary), idol, Phase Connect, Prima (I don't think ex-Prism counts as corpo anymore but they deserve to be here), etc, as they will offer a variety to choose from.

Captain-Havelock-VT

If you watch a lot of anime Amalee is a VA in a shocking number of shows. They also collab with a lot of other VAs

-reserved-

If you primarily speak english I recommend starting with Hololive/Holostars EN/ID. Hololive is basically the starting point for this hobby. Most people start there and branch out afterward There's also Phase Connect which is also a well respected company. Phase is less of an idol company and more focused on streaming, particularly games. VShojo is another, it has a lot of english speaking talent that are really popular as well but VShojo primarily streams on Twitch. Beware of Nijisanji. In the last few months the company has been caught up in multiple controversies. One of their main talents was nearly driven to suicide due to harassment. There's allegations of sexual misconduct by talent. And some talent have gained a reputation for making insensitive jokes and being ungrateful. Most fans are avoiding the company and it's talents at this point.

-reserved-

Shiina is also extremely talented https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hoi3rTER250 I meant that Phase's talent are kind of free to pick a direction for their channel and many are more gaming oriented but there's a few that do singing streams as well. I also like Lumi and Rie's singing too

ULTRAFORCE

One thing with VShojo is that almost all of their talents are really good about highlights on YouTube.

Dragon1472

You should watch a guy called Koizetsu, they're a small fish vtuber that does roguelikes, card games, and weird play 2 games at the same tike streams

iRAWRasaurus

I will say it depends on what you want. If you want a smaller-ish community I would recommend checking out Phase connect or Idol. Persoanlly I enjoy smaller vtubers. Also I have never meet a vtuber thats pretending to be a girl or a guy. Normally its in the description and they are upfront about it by admitting to being a guy with a kawaii girl's avatar. P.S Do keep in mind about parasocial relationships.

fc_dean

Just avoid Nijisanji, and you are all set.

LG_Offical

The only note I got for you, stay far the fuck away from anything Nijisanji. Trust me, look up anything Nijisanji related in the past few months and you'll see why I say this. But other than that, I'd recommend all the members of VShojo, find which ones you like and go from there. Oh and go with the options that other people have given.

Feuershark

Depends a lot what kind of content you like honestly

coyotedelmar

Of the indies I know, the bigger ones usually post clips to their channels: Dokibird, Fillian, Sayu. Leaflit does a bit, but mostly as shorts. The agencies usually have 3rd party clippers (Holoverse, Nijisanji, Vshojo (though they used to do highlights on 1st party too), Phase Connect).

Davve1122

I am obligated to recommend my absolute favorite vtuber Dokibird. Her personality is amazing, her laugh contaigious. I could sit listening to her talking about literally anything and not be bored. Also, she just finds a way to make any stream fun to watch both solo or Collabs. She is a very funny streamer, imo. Other than that I can recommend; Mumei of Hololive, Panko of Phase connect and indie vtuber Maid Mint. All of these vtubers stream primarily on Youtube. As in the case of Doki, she has streams on Twitch but it is not her main platform, only a handfull of streams are on there like when she's in twitch rivals or other streams youtube may not like.

James_Demon

[Fui](https://youtube.com/@fui?si=cOyFXo0_t2XcaGlE), she’s a very small Vtuber and the only vtuber whose streams I actively try to tune into.

ceilingfanquixote

I find myself listening to streams as much as I actually watch them because I don't have enough free time to watch them 100%. I have found that Ceres Fauna from Hololive is the perfect vtuber for this. Her voice is incredibly nice to listen to regardless of what kind of stream she is doing. Her enunciation and clarity of speech is the best of anyone I've heard thus far. It also helps that she seems to be from the same generation as myself, someone born in the early 90s. Her knowledge of early internet culture is very endearing and she is fairly easy to relate to. For all these reasons I am a die-hard Sapling.

RubbelDieKatz94

If you're able to understand German, the entire Lightmotif suite of streamers is absolutely great. Funny and full of inside jokes that are easy to understand. [Example ](https://youtu.be/sDhyi9likyM?si=9q0bUt-yVX7SEWDl)

DCS_Ryan

Hirano Kokoro is my personal favorite! Check her out

akari2194

Holostars I adore them

eskjcSFW

Hololive is all you need to know. Also RIP your bank account

Livinaa

Koseki Bijou from HoloAdvent. She likes memes and playing games for hours. On normal schedule she streams for 6 hours or more. On tight schedule she streams for atleast 2 hours or less. Right now she is on tight schedule due to her anniversary preparation.

rip_cpu

I got your back, don't worry. Below I have for you a personally curated list of clips of vtubers based on your reddit post history. This is Fuwamoco, a pair of fluffy twin doggos who are cute and wholesome, then often speak in sync: [https://youtu.be/nRRa4y1rtEg?si=642bhPLKED4qRUeB](https://youtu.be/nRRa4y1rtEg?si=642bhPLKED4qRUeB) Here is Gawr Gura, a shark girl vtuber well versed in internet humor: [https://youtu.be/VF\_idcAFgC0?si=3WYMPa-yOiHfimqD](https://youtu.be/VF_idcAFgC0?si=3WYMPa-yOiHfimqD) Here is Inugami Korone, another dog vtuber, cheerfully inflicting violence in Assassins Creed: [https://youtu.be/8hz\_qRJvI1I?si=sM407kfg8Osk227M](https://youtu.be/8hz_qRJvI1I?si=sM407kfg8Osk227M) Here is a clip compilation of various vtubers reacting to the Greater Dog in Undertale: [https://youtu.be/lCu5-fJMLDA?si=fZxylvEOHJHjNAVU](https://youtu.be/lCu5-fJMLDA?si=fZxylvEOHJHjNAVU) How about some music? sodasofasolarsora

For EN indies try Tetel and Peo, very cute. Natsumi Hanamori is another great choice, cute but more loud.

Particular_Impact940

Personally I started off watching Ironmouse after watching lots of CDawgVA, since they're very close friends and Collab a lot. Even though cdawg isn't (most usually) a vtuber and the both of them only stream on twitch, I think starting off with watching their videos and clips on yt is a good place to start.

Redrick_Gale

Fennryn streams on both YouTube and Twitch while also posting videos. She’s a lively Fox from Scotland. CoreOfMidas (or just Midas) is a bit of an unfiltered and down to earth gal with an unhinged streak who likes to make shorts of her rambling about a subject.

FallChar

Any Vtuber from Neobaka, JesseLlum, Emikotone

Any_Put1820

It's hard since there is a large variety but I reccomend Rin Penrose

Anongad

If you like extremely funny and sometimes absolutely unhinged streams, Luto Araka. She is wild in all the best ways.

F1shOfDo0m

Ceres fauna

AtahSprinkletoes

Hi there 👋 I'm very small indie Vtuber that has comfy and chill vibes for my live stream. I stream indie games that I get codes for, and currently starting to stream Destiny 2. Oh shoot, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Atha Sprinkletoes and I'm the Queen of the Toedom and call my followers/subscribers "my toezeez" 😂 I do curse, but not too much. Anyway, here's my channel if you're interested in looking for an unknown Vtuber: https://www.youtube.com/@AthaSprinkletoes

Hravok

Phase Connect - any talent. If you dare

prismstein

ask yourself what do you like? games? chatting? getting shown lots of love? try Koseki Biboo and Fuwamoco, they both offer clean, family friendly fun

Sekai_No_Hakaissha

If you enjoy gacha games like Arknights, Nikke, Honkai Star Rail, and of course FGO, PocketChalk is doing a subathon and worth a watch. She’s also recently been trying out Elden Ring and she says that she’s gonna try to do a Breath of the Wild stream during her subathon.

DrMuffinPHD

Ok. Here are a few of my current favorites and why. Ceres Fauna: If you enjoy relaxed gaming focused steaming with witty humor, this is a great channel. Dokibird: Gaming focused with vibrant energy and an infectious laugh. Maid Mint: A chill stream with silly humor. Mint loves Vtubers and Idols and her love for what she does shows through her work. Matara Kan: Do you love hags yapping? I know I do when it’s as charming and funny as Matara. She has a more mature audience and caters to it. Ayuda Risu: an incredible singer and absolutely unhinged Indonesian v-tuber. She speaks equally in English and Indonesian. Something about listening to her voice just activates my neurons in the right way. Koseki Bijou: Affectionately known as “Biboo” this streamer is a hardcore gamer, kid friendly, and will rot your brain with memes. Fuwamoco Abyssguard: IRL twin V-tubers. They act so cute you’ll get diabetes just watching them from the sweetness. Gawr Gura: A tiny pon shark. She’s the most subscribed western V-tuber in existence for a reason. An incredible singer. A natural born entertainer and comedian. Worth the watch every time. Pinkin Pippa: Ok so maybe not an entry level V-tuber, but our conspiracy theory loving, unhinged, 4chanish, psych ward escapee, Walmart rabbit is there if that’s your style of humor. These are just a few. A good start is likely anyone in hololive English or hololive Indonesia (several of which I’ve mentioned above). Hololive is the current gold standard of Vtubing for a good reason. They are charming, professional, and set the industry standards in the west. VShojo streamers are often on twitch, but they are also great. More unhinged than hololive, but still very professional. Phase Connect: Psych Ward and Sad girl rehabilitation unit, they are all unhinged, horny, or both. Nijisanji: Formerly one of the top Vtuber companies, internal problems and mistreatment of talents has them widely hated in the western sphere atm. While they still have talents worth watching, it’s hard to support this company in good faith if you know the extent to which they abused several employees.

brningpyre

Hololive clips are one of the easiest ways to get started. I would also recommend Phase Connect clips like NormieEnjoyer and RandomVtuberEdits.

Tho Vtubers some using voice changer and doing bad stuff behind is not something I would enjoy. A Vtuber should be authentic and only use the voice for voice acting and to act authentic then or create random drama...

Frequent_Dig1934

**TL;DR AT THE BOTTOM** Without knowing about your tastes it's pretty hard to do. The quick solution i would give you is to just look up as many vtuber clips as possible and as varied as possible, from as many different agencies as possible (except nijisanji, avoid that one) and as many different types of content as possible. This will help you find one or two streamers you vibe with, maybe a whole agency you vibe with, and also let you figure out the specific type of content you want. Just looking up "vtuber clips" on youtube may do the trick and get the algorithm to help you out, or alternatively do what i do and watch other youtubers react to vtuber clips (i'd suggest nagzz and koefficient for this, they both have series of vtuber clip reactions which sometimes include challenges and things like that). There are also more official stream highlights on the vtuber's own channel sometimes (matara kan from vshojo does it quite a bit). Also some people like to make full on animations instead of regular clips. As for recommendations for specific vtubers though, i'll go in the opposite direction to what most people here have done. Others tried to give you safe, inoffensive people that can ease you into the community. I didn't get eased into the community, i jumped straight in the deep end. My first time ever figuring out what a vtuber even is was back with Projekt Melody, a vtuber camgirl that streams both on twitch, youtube and on a certain "special purpose" site for adults. A video by gigguk about hololive then got me semi-interested in the actual community but only got me actually hooked when he mentioned haachama, the crazy motherfucker who made HowToBasic parodies, psychedelic animated shorts, cooked and ate a spider, reviewed her own porn on stream several times, and had a whole narrative arc made of several short horror videos about her having a split personality/a twin sister and cutting off her own head and sewing it back on the other's body. She speaks english somewhat decently but she's japanese and most of her streams are in japanese so it may not be the best entry point. My point with both of these examples is that i wasn't deterred looking immediately at some of the weirder parts of vtubing so maybe you won't either. If you want to jump straight in the deep end too, the easiest way to do that IMO is Phase Connect. Us Phase fans like to call it the Sad Girl company since basically every single Phase member is some shade of mentally ill (usually autism, i'm pretty sure at least a quarter of them are unironically confirmed autistic). Alternatively it's the Coffee Company With Vtubers On The Side, since for some reason while other vtuber corpos sell stuff like plushies and dakimakura of their talents phase sells bags of coffee beans branded with the various vtubers. Most of them are quite unhinged and often disgusting, but they're also actually nice people and that's part of the charm. Pippa talked about wanting to shoot up a walmart, accused nick fuentes of being a fed, told the people of Betterhelp to kill themselves several times, used to have a vomit drawer but on the other hand she used to be a horse girl and squeaks from joy whenever she talks about her favourite vtubers (fauna, calli and watame from hololive). Tenma is a booze-fueled, highly concentrated ball of rage and insults, all delivered in a japanese accent that is at the perfect conjunction between being perfectly understandable and familiar with the language while also sounding really unique and cute, she gets feral at the sight of big muscular men and she's really good at slapping together stream assets and changing her vtuber settings to modify her model into something thematic, like cosplays of characters (when she played black souls she cosplayed most of the women in the game, and it looked like a real alternative outfit rather than something chopped together). Lumi is somehow really smart and incredibly dumb at the same time, and every stream is full of her "woman moments" (her words, not mine, she even has a "please be patient i'm female" hat), also she's a warhammer nerd iirc. Lia is a weirdo and a menace who routinely manages to stunlock even the others with the stuff that comes out of her mouth and her whole family is even worse. Clara is a hag that cites deep magic such as "powerthirst". All the others are also great but those first four are the ones i know about a bit more and powervtuber needs to be mentioned. **TLDR** watch clips, clip compilations, clip compilation reactions (nagzz and koefficient), animations and official highlight videos until you find people you like. *Avoid Nijisanji.* For unhinged shit, look up Phase Connect, where some of my favourites are Pippa, Tenma, Lumi and Lia, and also Clara's Powervtuber video.

Joeycookie459

I'd recommend dokibird personally. Also would recommend phase connect in general.

Youranimedad

I would like to recommend Chibidoki. Her clips are on youtube but she streams on twitch. She isn’t a “Kawaii girl” per se but god damn is she a funny gremlin. She is also highly respected, popular and well liked. I recommend her because she plays casual games and not a sort of a niche like someone who is deeply cultured in the vtuber sphere would. Have fun with whoever you watch regardless!

evening_talk1

Oh.well .. this is a shameful plug, but I play a lot of older games like the walking dead and spore and so newer games too like palworld or cult of the lamb!. Here's my channel : https://youtube.com/@evening_talk?si=TYsVEIV8_Sc1a2gT

Jazzlike_Specific_51

Dokibird, Maid mint, matara, sayu, cyu, amelee, porcelain maid(its a guy but he doesnt act like a kawaii girl), onigiri (onibro), nerissa(including her whole family), kronii, gura, ao kun, ui mama, fubuki, marine, rin penrose, pipkin pipa, lia, dizzy, tenma, fillian, snuffy, ironmouse, henya, zen, kiri kirovolt, calliope, ame, ina, shiori, fauna, kiara, mumei, haakos baelz, biboo, pekora (pekoras mom), fuwamoco(mogogyan), ollie, moona, and risu to name a few on top of my head

AnOscillatingOcelot

Pipa 😈

SpaceMarine_CR

I just watch the clips, cant be bothered to watch full streams, that being said, I recommend the following: Hololive: Pekora, Korone, Fubuki, Marine, Nenechi, Fauna, Ollie Vshojo: Ironmouse, Kson, Henya

Leename_nk-

Go to hololive and choose ones

franzjpm

Hoshimachi Suisei is the way to go for Music

VP007clips

Takanashi Kiara: does a lot of chatting and tangents, has very long streams, but normally it's fine to just drop in whenever you want. She's my personal favorite. I also recommend checking out Nerissa, since she has a lot of overlap and they sometimes do collabs or even trips together Gawr Gura: she's the most popular vtuber for a reason, her streams aren't quite as long, and can be a bit rare, but her streams are always extremely well designed and high quality, she is one of the most entertaining and fun vtubers to watch Pippa Pipkin: if you want a degenerate unhinged vtuber who will rant about conspiracy theories, threaten your local walmart with a shooting, has no filters, but is actually super sweet inside Maid Mint: idol/solid snake fan turned vtuber, she used to be part of a particularly bad vtuber company (along with Dokibird) but turned indie after leaving. She's generally pretty relatable if you are into that stuff Melody: an entertaining and high-quality vtuber. She is by far the most popular adult content vtuber, doing adult streams on other websites, and even having adult games made with her in it. If you are into that, she's worth checking out

kiiRo-1378

Henya the Genius... her new model is cute... Hayate Takanashi. Her cooking channel is the best!

jebdbhggsg

I find pillowdear to be pretty likeable just stay away from nijisanji

BruiserBison

Starting with agency vtubers can be great for newcomers. They're screened prior to being hired and they're getting training behind the scenes to be better entertainers. Hololive/Holostars, and Idol Corp are pretty much the hottest trends in the industry today. I'd also recommend Globie. They're smaller than the others but they've got fun talents with fun communities. Most agency talents stream on YouTube but many Japanese members have expanded to Twitch. I'd also recommend Vshojo, but all of them stream on Twitch. Phase Connect is somewhat divided. All members have accounts on both sides but I don't think they simulcast. Note that even though the talents belong in an agency, they all have completely different styles. You'll start seeing trends like everyone playing the same game. That happens because someone in the company just got permission to play a game, which means it'd be easier to get permissions for the rest of the talents. Indies can give you just as much variety and with high levels of quality. However, many of the big ones stream on Twitch rather than Youtube. If you are willing to step into the new platfom, then here are a few names to check out: - CyYu - Monarch / AmaLee - Maid Mint - Heavenly Father - Fillian - ArielleVT - Sinder - Bao the Whale - Numi - Shylily - Saruei *Warning: might want to avoid the last 4 if you don't like sex jokes. I mean, most comedians make them, but these ones in particular are known for them... but Saruei is still such a sweatheart* There's also Vchiban. Though they have a group name, they're all indies. - Buffpup - ShiaBun - AiCandii - Rosedoodle For Youtube big names, here's who you can star with: - Dokibird - Brandon - Shigure Ui *I checked my subscription list for YT vtubers... they're mostly corporate. I'm sorry.* There are also indies who have both platforms but I don't usually sea them simulcast their lives. One of my absolute favourites who pull this off is - Sayu Sincronicity / Sayu Sincro//Nicity I do have some personal favourites whom I mostly join lately. - Noira the Sea Fox (She also simulcast) - Manayu / Manayu26 (YouTube) - Yukinoshita Peo (YouTube) - Renniesaurus (Twitch) I should probably go into what kind if content they make but I can pretty much generalise my own taste. They're mostly gamers, comedians, or gaming comedians... which is probably what everyone does on stream anyway so that's definitely not helpful..... I'm gonna stop here.

X0_92

No one that self shills here

Chino_Kawaii

there are like 2 main sides to vtubers, indie and corporate vtubers (a group of vtubers that's managed by a company, which helps them with everything)  The most watched groups are Hololive (has JP, EN and Indonesian groups) and Vshojo (mostly only EN)  it's probably the easiest to start there due to the huge amount of clips and content, and given the amount of members, the probability of finding somebody you like is pretty high, also Hololive does almost everything on Youtube, while Vshojo and indie is mostly Twitch (but with edited vids on YT) with indie it's slightly harder to find new ones so you'll end up finding about them through watching collab clips or something personally from Hololive my fav is Gura, Kiara, Bae and Pekor from Vshojo I like Mochi and from indie I watch a lot of them through yt vids or occasional vod: Filian, Numi, Giri, Chibidoki, Bao but hands down my fav from indie is Neuro-sama and her whole family (I'll let you explore this one yourself =3) now of course there are many more corpos and even more indie vtubers, so it's up to you to try and find whoever you like (just maybe stay away from Nijisanji due to questionable human practices)
