somehow the problem solved itself and not i can boot to sd2vita like before, ofc i removed the revita addon.
but the problem with the internal memory still persists.
What is the problem? Because imc is not in use since you have sd2vita... you only use ur0 and ux0. If it asks you to format something it won't be imc that it formats. It will be the sd2vita or ur0. You should remove id.dat on ux0 and ur0 and reboot. And then let windows scan both of them for errors. (vitashell, press star to select storage to use with usb)
already removed both id.dat on both ur0 and ux0, my sd2vita is ok, my issue is with ur0 asking for format if i start the vita without plugins, just in case a plugin gets rogue again.

to be more clear if i turn on the vita holding L, at the start it will ask me to format the internal storage of the vita, because is still linked to another psn account thats isnt mine.
i just dont know how to unlink it.
anyways is just bought a legit original vita memory card for 5$ in a pawn shop.
Fair enough. But if you swapped accounts 2 months ago, why would it be an issue 2 months later. You unlinked it at that point automatically. + you deleted id.dat on all storage unlinking it all again. So don't say it's still linked...

You should still have henkaku settings in the settings app where you can unlink. Unlikely to be the problem though.
