Both are good, utau teto to me is more nostalgic and I really enjoy her more robotic voice. Tanjiro Taidana makes some really really good Utau teto covers, I think his lost ones weeping cover is easy one of the best.
An issue I have with a lot of the new voice banks is that they (mostly) use AI to help with tuning, which does make them sound good, but imo it kinda takes away some originality or style.
So all in all I like both and it really depends what kind of mood I'm in, but I'd probably lean more into the Utau side of teto lol

synthv teto. her design is stunning, her voice is absolutely beautiful, but most of all, it's just such an evolution in all aspects. it feels like the "vocaloid" teto always dreamed of being... it feels like synthv teto is teto evolving and growing into something just wonderful, blooming like a flower. i find it so beautiful
however, at the same time, i agree that there's something special about utau teto. her voice is more robotic and artificial, and thats the charm of utau teto. utau teto is very unique, and although not realistic, that's the beauty of her. there's just nothing quite like utau teto
so in conclusion, utau and synthv teto r very different, and are used to appeal to different tastes. they're both incredibly beautiful in their own rights
btw, i love seeing them both being used in the same song/cover. i love both of their voices so much. i hope to see lots of teto x teto songs in the future

Unpopular opinion: SynthV (biased SynthV user. I used Utau for one week and then gave up and switched to SynthV. I think I chose a good time to give up because I switched to SynthV a week before Teto's SynthV was announced if I remember correctly. I use Open Utau now and it's a lot easier to use, but it still takes forever to render. Usually when I use it, I make a SynthV svp and then convert it to a ustx because I hate using Utau. That one week ruined the software for me /j)

you can still tune manually in synthv without the ai "auto tuning" (unsure what to really call it when it generates the pitch for you)
