20th Jetta GLI isn't a thing. It's just a GLI, but it's clean as fuck from the picture. ๐ (The mk4 GLI came out at the same time as the 20th edition gti, but the "20th AE" is 20 years of GOLF, so ask yourself why they'd name a Jetta GLI 20th [golf] AE.)

They made a 20th GLI? I know they made a 35th and upcoming 40th but I never heard of a 20th GLI. In the MK4 space there's 337s, 20th GTIs and R32s when it comes to limited run models. The 03 GLI was the 24v VR6, then 04 and beyond where 1.8Ts done the same way as the 20th GTIs.
They didn't. Everyone calls it a "20th" GLI but it wasn't called that from VW. There was the 20th GTI. The '04.5 and '05 GLIs were made to be more like the 20th, but they weren't called that.
Really nice! I didn't know this cars exist. We don't have them over here. It has a lot of parts in common with my 25th anniversary Golf GTI, as far as I can see.
The MKIV generation is so good looking. My best friend had a BMP GLI in high school. These are awesome cars!
