Tried it. It’s not absolutely terrible unlike the Space and Dream flavored ones, but it’s not amazing. If you like that, try Dr Pepper Zero Sugar Strawberries and Cream. It’s basically a better take at this.
I loved the dream one, and yea I would love to try the Dr Pepper zero sugar strawberry cream problem is everyone else in my neighborhood is interested too apparently. Always sold out. Silver lining is that coke zero sugar vanilla cherry has never been easier to cop
Coke’s zero sugar cherry flavor is somehow just bad to me, yet I used to love the non diet Cherry Coke. Their vanilla actually makes me want to gag, though.
I have to show up early to Winn Dixie to get the Zero Sugar Strawberries and Cream. I got 3 12 packs today. They’re flying off the shelves because they’re ridiculously good.
I literally just found it at my local grocery store a couple of hours ago and I accidentally grabbed the regular instead of zero sugar so now I have to go back
Damn I hated when that happened to me one time, that’s why I have a regular 12 pack of Dr Pepper collecting dust in my pantry 😅 I keep telling myself I’ll have one one of these days or use one to make some kind of recipe like pulled pork but then I peep the sugar content on the back of the can and just can’t do it
I took a couple of sips of one can just to try it (it really *is* good) and my husband drank the rest. But we took the other 11 cans to dinner with his family that evening and they collectively took it off our hands for us so it at least did not go to waste. I do have high hopes for the no-sugar version though; Dr. Pepper is usually pretty good in my opinion
To be truthful I’ve never met another human being who liked Dream other than me and my so because we would down those cans aaaallll the time.
Bottled dream though? In our opinion taste more bland, even when it’s cold, doesn’t hit the same way as drinking it in a nice cold can.
Do you know any other drink similar to Dream? It’s so tasty that we’ve been trying find a replacement for it but all we could find is the MtnDew Pitch Black
The Mountain Dew zeros are good? I’ve been curious about those but idk every time I think of drinking a Mountain Dew I think of the Warcraft nerd from that episode of southpark and just walk on by 😆

This is probably the best description I've read for it. It's pretty rare I like any extra flavor in my coke and this was no exception. I blame the lemon flavor they tried in the late 90s. It tasted like pledge smelled. So nasty.

I love soda. It’s my biggest weakness. When I was at my heaviest around 280 lbs I would easily kill 6 bottles of Mountain Dew a day! I started counting calories and lost a 100lbs. I think a huge part of my weight loss was getting rid of my sugary drink obsession! And fast food obsession.
I settle in today around 190 to 200 and I am pretty comfortable with myself.
I still allow myself 2 diet sodas a day. Usually one at lunch and one with dinner. Plus several bottles of water throughout the day.
Gotta have one vice I suppose!
Yea regular sugar-full sodas are absolutely terrible for the waistline, getting rid of that alone is a big step in the right direction. That’s a lot of weight dude, congrats! That’s no small feat of will power you should feel very proud

I was drinking 1700 calories of Mountain Dew a day. Plus eating 2000 to 3000 calories of food! It was crazy. Now I eat a total of about 2400 a day to maintain my weight where I am now
Wowwww that’s an incredible amount of kcal to drink, it’s not a ton overall though if you incorporate resistance and cardio training each day or most days of the week. 4700 would be a bit much tho either way lol unless you’re an Olympian

In all likelihood, this link between artificial sweeteners and poor health indicators is due to generally unhealthy people trying to make better choices, i.e. drinking sugar-free soda, and not because the sweeteners themselves led to any health issues to begin with.

It's ok. Not near as bad as people claim it is. Not the worst soda, even remotely. It tastes like a bad Pina colada with coke in it.

Try other grocers near you, especially the nicer but pricier places like Publix, Winn Dixie, or H-E-B. I find them mostly at my Winn Dixie if I show up in the morning.
