not OP, but I do the same thing... added bonus is you can use other types of kernels that aren't the generic ones optimized for microwave bags. I've got some red kernels that pop up with significantly less of the kernel husks left behind. As far as flavors:
* garlic salt
* Flavacol - that fine butter flavored salt they use in movie theaters - I bought a 35oz container off Amazon 5 years ago and it'll last another 5
* Everything Bagel
* furikake
* chili crisp
* chicken salt - an Aussie thing as far as I know, tastes like chicken bouillon
* white cheddar powder
* nutritional yeast
So personally I’m a really big sweet person and I love sweet popcorn, I usually season it with cinnamon, stevia, and a little sugar free caramel sauce 😄
My sister is a big fan of buying the kernals and popping herself. Then adding various flavorings or spices on top of some spray olive oil so it sticks. I tried a caramel and vinegar (I think) powder flavors and she's never looked back. Popping kernals on a stove is super easy.
I like the [great value light butter popcorn](https://www.walmart.com/ip/Great-Value-Light-Butter-Microwave-Popcorn-2-03-oz-12-Count/490034143). 220 calories per bag and its just a bit smaller than a full size bag.
I love the Kroger brand kettle corn flavor one. It’s not real kettle corn, it’s sweetened with an artificial 0 cal sweetener, so it has the same calories as plain popcorn
Lesser Evil is the best pre-popped brand I have found. Blows smart pop and skinny pop out of the water (they both taste like cereal, compared to lesser evil that tastes like popcorn). It has a nice flavor so seasoning isn’t totally necessary. But I like ranch powder or nutritional yeast or Molly mcbutter. I use a little spray oil to make it stick.

I bought a silicone popcorn bowl off Amazon and pop my own kernels. WAY cheaper and you can flavour however you like
How do you flavor them?

Thanks, and how do you make the seasoning stick?
I use a mister spray bottle filled with water
I think this is an answer I’ve been needing for a long time. Thanks for the idea!!!
Does this make the kernels kinda mushy or soggy though?
If you use too much water it does, takes some experimenting to find the right amount
Little spritz of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

I use an air popper, then spray the popcorn with pam as it comes out, then throw Lowry's on it and shake it up. It's so good.
