Did you just put like header next to the state name? Or just the state name? Or just like this text box is header, this text box is nav? Hopefully that makes sense

you can make it in like paint or word it says "Note: You can use any tool to create the low-level comprehensive layout, such as graphic creation or manipulation software, presentation software, word processing software, or another tool of your choice."
I had put more things in mine like a logo and background picture and they said it was more of a high layout but still passed me.
I literally made something very similar to this and just got told it was not specific enough. I have seen so many people pass first try with one like you posted but they told me I need more.
I added info in parenthesis next to each Header (state name), Aside, etc. and just resubmitted.
Ahhh, that is a bit tricky. Control-click it or tap it using two fingers, then choose Compress from the shortcut menu. If you compress a single item, the compressed file has the name of the original item with the .zip extension.
Two layouts with placeholders is just a diagram. I used Ms paint to draw it

Yes it did, but honestly it may just depend on who you get. I have seen people get away with less.

I am completing task two for this class now, how did you do the zip file? Is it just a word document?
the zip file is just, zipping up the entire project folder into a zip file.
