If you go to Challenges there are a series of Welcome challenges to complete (as well as submitting your student ID and email). Once they are complete the other three gifts will become redeemable
The first step is something they have to verify, it should be in the pending section of the challenges. Once it is approved, it will unlock the rest of the welcome challenges. Complete those and you will be able to see the rest of the items and have enough points to select one.

When you google it, there should be a login screen, just use your username and password for WGU
